Cream of the #TwitterCrop

This weekend was so so much fun.  Started out with a #twittercrop on Friday night.  Love that this silly idea of mine and Smitha Katti's is becoming a regular thing.  Just a little extra encouragement and fun when you are home crafting by yourself to chat with friends from all around.

We also went out to visit some friends in Sugarland with  a baby on the way very shortly.  Avinash could not handle the idea of personal space when it came to touching the baby in her stomach and lifted her shirt up repeatedly.  [Insert cringe here.]  I think he also told her it wasn't a baby, just a ball in her stomach.  Nice.

I did a little crafting when I got home but spent most of my time checking out what everyone else was posting. Here is a smattering of pictures from the night.

I love this grid created by @soapHouseMama, patterned paper, washi, herringbone, chevron and grey with yellow.  What's not to love? Check out more of her work here.

Jennifer, @liveteachcreate, created this one (of many).  She started an inspired by Shimelle challenge using a homemade kit.  Making a grid like this really stretches out a few pieces of paper.  I think it is a great challenge, maybe next time...  Check out more on her site and her 2peas gallery.

I continued plugging away at my project life spread from last week.  I had the hardest time getting a good Super Moon picture but I included it anyway.

This weekend also made a card for my first Beyond Grey Challenge, which will be going up soon, and a quick Mother's Day Card.  Cameo, mists and washi.  All that is left is for me to put it in the mail for my Mom....I know she'll understand if it is a little late ;)

I will leave you with a few other twittercrop projects that I spotted:
Cute birthday card from @L7designs
Project Life pages from @tltorrez
35mm projects from Smitha Katti

Follow me on twitter, play along next time we have a #twittercrop and I would love to feature your project here!
