I took this photo with my phone and it was better than any other I took with my SLR. I wanted to do something special with it. I was very inspired by Jill Sprott's title work on this layout. I already had put these Midway alphas into my DD box to work with, so I figured why not.
The background is lovely gold foil vellum. I also used an old Hambly rub on, white letter stickers, and a bit of flair.
I added some text to the SC printable label. Font is antrokas, love it (and it's free)!
I also got my regular SC kit today and have to admit that I have no idea what to do with it. I'm so into this project right now, I have no interest in using it. Does anyone else feel this way? I guess I'll just have to wait for some inspiration.
I really like the effect of the blurry tree- it's so perfect for your great title...tis the season for twinkle light :) Makes me smile! (And great letter sticker choice on "twinkle"

ReplyDeleteGreat twinkle lights in your photo! And cool to see Air Force One ~ I saw it at an RAF base here in the UK a number of years ago, when Clinton was in town for a summit ~ we couldn't get anywhere near it!
ReplyDeleteOh no! We were lucky that we only had a minor delay because of it. They said we could have been stuck for hours.
DeleteIt's looking great so far. I don't think you'll have a hard time keeping up. You're off to a great start.
ReplyDeleteLove all your 3D pieces... especially the tags. I think I will ad more pieces like that to mine, after the holiday. :) https://holidayshomemade.squarespace.com/blog/2012/12/6/25-days-until-chirstmas-scrapbook
