Another super busy day around here. We were on the go all day. Speech, tacos, the Y, home for learss than an hour, back out to school, ballet and then finally home again around 5. Phew. I feel like I barely had time to catch my breath. The cutest thing happened when we got home though. The kids started taking all the little leftover ornaments upstairs and decorated the mini tree we made. So love when they play together!
I didn't have another full page photo to include so I backed Day 8 (which just I changed a bit and updated) with this paper from the main kit. I love love the texture that this paper adds. I just stapled a wood circle and transparency on top.
I punched holes in another transparency and added it in between the pages here. Why not? Stars upon stars of course.
I used a card from an SC add-on for my journaling. I added a bit of masking tape from last year's kit here. I just love the *bright lights & twinkle* sentiment so much.
I added a big silver glitter star from the kit with the date stapled on top. I usually offset things but I like the clean and simple look of lining it up with the graphics of the card.
I made a little flip up on top to hold more photos. I stapled two little die cut silver banners to make a little tab.
On second look at my spread I decided to add a little more something to the interior photos. Lakshman was napping anyway.
I used these silver alphas from a Story Kit to add a little title on top.
Then I just took a red label and stamped the sentiment "Merry and Bright".
There is a lot of repitition but let's just call it continuity shall we?
Here is a look at the flip up photos with the whole spread.
You can see all of my December Daily posts here.
I absolutely love this spread! I think it looks beautiful!
