Saturdays.

Sigh, my typical Saturday. Get up as early as I do on a weekday. See twice as many patients as I normally do and then run around the rest of the day while trying to keep getting yelled at to a minimum (unsuccessful today).

One of the doctors I work with also takes his boy to the same Little Gym's class and he snapped this picture so I could at least feel like I was there.

Sigh, back to drudgery..
