I adhered some sparkly silver glitter ribbon behind the die cut wood card. I used half a glassine bag to adhere the ribbon to so that the pocket would remain somewhat see through.
I used a Magical transparency snipped in half, held in place by these lovely metal stars from basic grey. I added a KP sticker as well.
A little blue and green to balance out all the red on the facing page.
Today we spent the morning at the new museum and got to build gingerbread houses with some friends.
I printed out a full size photo for the right side. I stitched on some Heidi Swapp mistable letters (colored in with red and silver) and journaled around the edge with a silver sharpie. I added more of those BG metal stars here as well.
I went sort of minimalist with the 4 pocket page. I printed each photo with a large white border. I added a circle label and some KP number stickers, colored in silver, for the date. The Jolly overlay is also from Kelly Purkey. I found a little "something sweet" stamp in my stash that was just perfect here.
Thanks for visiting! In my etsy shop, in addition to my washi tape samplers I added a holiday set as well. This set is cool because it comes with red and gold glitter twine and glitter ribbon. Check out the Christmas washi tape sampler here. I really had fun with the colors here, lots of red, green, silver and gold with pops of teal, chalkboard and lime. Every order from now until the end of December also comes with a free gift. Use code WASHI for 10% off any order or code RAINBOWS for free domestic shipping.
